Colour brings life, contrast and feeling within a space. I love mixing textures with colour to create spaces full of emotion.
Recently I have been drawn to bold tones with the florna and flora of The Australian landscape. These colours are extremely in and then trend is gaining momentum, as you are starting to see these in all of the popular retail stores.
Mixing velvet furniture paired with linen throws and cushions it enhances the space by adding texture and making it feel more lived in than a display home. Include artwork that have similar tonings of the rest of the room , but in a landscape form will give the perception of a relaxed look.
